Our Story
Building Bridges Mending Fences Mentoring (BBMF) was established in 2015 as a community-focused nonprofit. Founded by Rev. Stanley Barnes, our mission is to repair connections and build paths for success for the next generation. We believe every individual deserves mentorship and the opportunity to become a leader. Through education, fatherhood initiatives, and community service, we work to empower youth and strengthen family bonds. Be Someone Who Matters to Someone Who Matters is at the heart of our work.
Our Founder & CEO
Rev. Stanley Barnes
Rev. Stanley Barnes is the Founder & CEO of Building Bridges Mending Fences Mentoring (BBMF). His work focuses on mentoring, fatherhood development, youth development, teen driver safety, leadership, education, family support, and community service. Through BBMF, he works to strengthen relationships, create opportunities for young people and families, and encourage positive community engagement.
